欢迎使用 Mino。使用本 App 即表示你同意本服务条款，以及 Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议（EULA）。若不同意，请勿使用本 App。

服务说明

Mino 是一款订阅管理工具，帮助你在设备上记录订阅、安排提醒并查看支出统计。免费版包含同一 Apple ID 下的 iCloud 多端同步。免费功能可在额度内使用；Pro 功能通过 App Store 内购解锁。

自动续费订阅

若你购买自动续费的 Pro 订阅（例如个人年付、家人年付）：

  • 付款将向你登录的 Apple ID 账户收取，并在确认购买后由 Apple 处理
  • 订阅会自动续订，除非你在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续费
  • 账户将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内扣取续订费用
  • 你可以随时在「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中管理或取消订阅
  • 未使用的免费试用（如有）时长，会在你购买订阅时被没收

家人年付产品可通过 Apple「家人共享」与符合条件的家庭成员共享购买权益。App 内「费用分摊」仅为记账均摊，与 Apple 家人共享不同。

一次性买断

终身版为非消耗型内购，支付成功后永久解锁对应 Pro 权益（以 Apple 交易记录为准），不适用自动续费条款。

恢复购买

同一 Apple ID 可使用「恢复购买」在已登录该账号的设备上重新解锁已购权益。

免责声明

支出统计、提醒与账单识别结果仅供参考，不构成财务、税务或法律建议。在适用法律允许范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本 App 产生的间接或后果性损失承担责任。

Overview

By using Mino, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The Service

Mino is a subscription manager that helps you track subscriptions, schedule reminders, and view spending insights on your device. The free tier includes iCloud sync across your devices signed into the same Apple ID. Free features are available within limits; Pro features unlock via App Store in-app purchases.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

If you purchase an auto-renewable Pro subscription (e.g. Individual Yearly or Family Yearly):

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Family Yearly may be shared via Apple Family Sharing where eligible. In-app “cost splitting” is only for expense sharing math and is not the same as Apple Family Sharing.

Lifetime Purchase

Lifetime Pro is a non-consumable purchase. After a successful payment it unlocks the corresponding Pro features permanently (per Apple’s transaction record) and is not subject to auto-renewal terms.

Restore Purchases

You may restore prior purchases on devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
